Your letter project is invoiced at the Industry’s lowest all inclusive price and includes data work and list requirements, graphic design work including custom design, proofing and prepress, offset or digital printing, inkjet or digital addressing, all required folding, perforating, cutting and inserting, qualification for all U.S.P.S. postal discounts, U.S.P.S. preparation and delivery to any postal facility in the United States, and all U.S.P.S. postage charges.
In order to facilitate our mailing services in 24 hours, we inventory envelopes and paper in every conceivable shape and size. Whether your letter project calls for a window or non-window envelope, we have a wide variety of them in stock. Our envelope production is supported by two Halm Jet Envelope Presses that can print up to 30,000 envelopes an hour, over 600,000 a day, and over 200,000,000 per year. If your letter project requires addressing and matching a non-window envelope to personalized letters, our unique in line automated system capabilities will dependably match and produce your project. If your letter project requires a window envelope your letter can be addressed by high speed ink jet or personalized with matching variable data in our state of the art digital print department. Any size or shape insert can be designed and printed for your letter project including die cut inserts, scratch off contest cards, promotional key inserts, and many more. Once your letter project is ready for inserting, we have four 6-station Flow Master Inserters with the capability of inserting your letter and up to five additional inserts. Inserting capacity of over 80,000 per hour, 1,600,000 per day and over 500,000,000 per year assure your project’s timeline will be met.
